This policy outlines the procedures for refunds related to subscription payments, certificates, and other purchases made on the Ai Simp LLC platform ThetaCombinator.ai platform, powered by Learn Worlds (referred to as "we" or "our").
To obtain a refund for a course enrollment, you must submit a request within 21 days post-payment and have accessed or watched less than 20% of the course. Please note that
downloading any code from this course will forfeit your right to a refund.
To unenroll and initiate the refund process, reach out to our customer support at model@aisimp.com.
After unenrollment, course access, participation in tests, and certificate acquisition will be revoked.
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method and might take up to two billing cycles.
Refunds are not available for monthly subscriptions.
To avoid charges after a free trial, ensure you cancel the subscription before the trial concludes.
Subscription renewals are automatic. To avoid billing, cancel before the renewal date.
If you don’t complete a course within 180 days of registration, you'll need to re-enroll and pay to complete it.
Unless explicitly stated during the sign-up process or in this policy, we aren’t obligated to refund other services.
Ensure to use valid payment methods. Any unauthorized or failed payment may result in content access being revoked.
We may update payment methods based on our payment service providers. For more on this, refer to our Privacy Policy.
If payment fails but you still access content, you must settle the fees within 30 days of our notification.
Non-payment may result in content access being disabled.
We may issue refunds as credits or back to your original payment method, based on various factors.
Credits, if issued, will be applied to your next purchase on our platform.
Unused credits may expire and have no cash value, unless required by law.
We reserve the right to deny refunds if we suspect abuse of our policies.
Gift and promotional codes may be available and are subject to their respective terms.
Codes may have an expiration period.
We aren’t liable to refund codes for cash unless specified or required by law.
We reserve the right to terminate access to our services without notice. In such cases, you might not be entitled to any refunds.
If any provision of this policy is deemed invalid, it won’t affect the validity of the remaining provisions.
